Payroll Services:

  • Up to 5 employees By-Weekly, Simi-Monthly, Monthly or Annual included.
  • Quarterly report 941 included.
  • Annual Report 940, W2s, W3. Included.
  • Up to 5 independent contractors 1099 included.

Sales Tax Services:

  • File Sales Tax Monthly, Quarterly and annual Included.

Income Tax Filling:

  • Business tax filing 1120, 1120S or 1065 Included.
  • Personal tax filing 1040 included.

Other Filing:

  • Statement of Information filing Included.
  • Tax Representation for years of service only included.
  • CPA Letter as needed.

Corporate Set-Up Package

Corporate Set Up Includes:

  • Names Search
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • EIN
  • Initial Statement of Information
  • S. Election            (If applicable)
  • Seller Permit                   (If applicable)
  • Tobacco License   (If applicable)
  • Corporate Kit (Includes: Stocks certificates, by law, Mints, Corporate seal)

Two Items you have to do it by yourself:

  • Open Bank account for the Corporation
  • Open Business License

Owner Annual Requirement and fees:

  • File taxes by March 15th
  • $800/Year for CA FTB
  • 25/Year for CA SOS
  • Renew your Business License
  •  File Sales Tax on time
  • Renew tobacco license
